Concert, animations et surprises vous attendent tout au long de l'après-midi !

Menu ** :

1. Ceviche de maigre, ajo blanco, croquant d'oignon, huile d'herbes
2. Epaule de porcelet cuite basse température, pommes de terre grenaille.
3. Mont d'Or à partager, vin blanc, romarin et mouillettes grillées
4. Ganache montée vanille, coulis de fraise au piment d'Espelette, crumble pistache, oxalis
